auxalia wins Autodesk Channel Excellence Award

We are particularly pleased about this: A few days ago, at Autodesk’s OneTeamConference 2023 (OTC), we were honored with the Channel Excellence Award for special achievements by all partners across Europe in the past fiscal year 2022 (FY23). This year, we were among the Hall of Fame finalists in three categories. And in the category “Partner Customer Success” we even managed to win!


We understand Customer Success Management as the consistent orientation of our company towards the success of our customers. This means that we want to act in such a way that customer expectations of our services and products are met or exceeded. We also have this regularly monitored, for example, through regular assessments of our support and training courses.
